Description

Separate brake clip for use with Flowrack roller tracks.

Function of the brake clip

The brake clip can be positioned over several wheels of the roller track.

Preferably done just before the end stop (pick side) of the flow shelves.

Due to friction, the box or bin slightly slows down before reaching the end stop.

For a stronger brake force, 2 brake clips can be placed right behind each other.

Application of the brake clip

Brake clips are usually used when the flow shelf’s angle of inclination needs to be set relatively high to have the boxes and bins roll through without problems.

In this way, the brake clip slightly slows down the box or bin before reaching the end stop.

Especially suitable for flow shelves with straight pick side.

Carton boxes are easier to slow down than plastic boxes.

The brake force depends on the amount of friction with box or bin.

More friction will make it slow down more.
